Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been completed. However, if an error occurs on our end—such as receiving the wrong item due to a mix-up—we will gladly accept a return but keep in mind you must contact us within 24 hours that your order has been delivered. In such cases, the item must be returned in its original condition, and a full refund will be issued once the product has been received and inspected.
